At East London Locksmith, we pride ourselves on offering our customers an honest, reliable, and value-for-money service. As a 24/7 locksmith service operating across London, we understand that it is not always feasible to offer a fixed price list due to the varied nature of our work. However, we are committed to being as transparent as possible with our pricing.

We are happy to provide free estimates over the phone when discussing your requirements. Additionally, if you have pictures of the job, feel free to send them to us so that we can offer a more accurate estimate. Since each job is unique and may involve various factors, the final cost could vary based on factors like the time of the callout, location, and materials required to complete the job to East London Locksmith’s high standards.

Materials & Costs
Standard Euro Cylinder and Rim Cylinder locks are usually available on-site. If a specific type of lock or other peripherals are needed, please inform us prior to the work commencing, as these may incur additional costs and may take up to 10 working days to arrive once ordered.

We treat every callout with respect, understanding that your time is valuable. Similarly, we expect the same consideration, and as such, please note that once a job is confirmed, a callout charge of up to £89 (depending on the area) will apply, even if the job is canceled afterward.

Emergency Services
For emergency locksmith services, we require proof of identity in the form of photo ID and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill). If these are not provided and we gain access to the property, please be aware that the police will be notified.

Additionally, please ensure there is adequate parking for our vehicle when calling us out. Should parking be unavailable, you will be responsible for any parking charges or fines incurred, including congestion charges or toll fees, which must be paid within 14 days.

Post-Completion & Guarantee
We take pride in our reputation for high-quality service and a long track record of satisfied customers. Once we complete a job, we kindly ask you to inspect the work and inform us of any issues or additional requests. Upon payment, we will assume that you are satisfied with the work completed. All our repairs and installations come with a 6-month guarantee. Please note that additional issues, such as different locks or door alignments, will be treated as separate jobs with applicable fees.

We are not liable for any issues with completed work if another party has worked on it in the meantime. If you notice any concerns, such as a rattling handle or malfunctioning lock, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a revisit.

Payment
We accept cash or cash transfers for payment, and invoices can be provided upon request. Prices listed are guidelines and may vary. For an accurate estimate, please contact one of our team members. All calls are recorded and monitored for training and security purposes.
